Please realise that this could be a sensitive and difficult subject for a lot of people. This is a section about triggers, not necessarily the actual triggers themselves which may cause distress to a lot of people. The aim of this category is to reflect on ways to help us to be able to cope with them. Triggers can be very difficult to cope with, they can prevent us from communicating or doing certain things. It can also cause many meltdowns, this pushes the person away from writing on the internet because they feel too much pain, anguish, and worry they will be misunderstood. It's all too easy for people to think those with triggers don't care when they say something that causes triggers, but I hope that you can understand that it's not their fault, it's just the subject has very traumatic for them.

These triggers can come from almost anywhere, can be almost anything and relates to a trauma they've been through. Please refer to this link to show you some examples.
